Handover residue is not a cleaning frequency problem
New buildings arrive with a specific set of leftovers: adhesive residue on glass, plaster dust in ceiling voids and light fittings, sealant on tiles, protective film in corners, and fine dust that returns to surfaces for weeks as air systems balance. None of this responds to a routine frequency. It responds to a one-off detailed pass, and expecting a maintenance schedule to grind it away over months produces frustration on both sides.
The practical approach is a condition record at the start of the ongoing plan, naming what is present and where. That record either goes back to the builder as outstanding handover work or becomes a separately quoted rectification item. Either way it is visible, dated and separated from the routine, so nobody is measuring the ongoing arrangement against a starting state it did not create.
