What consolidation actually saves
The administrative saving is immediate and often larger than the operational one. One invoice to approve instead of four. One point of contact for every issue. One scope to review rather than four documents in different formats. For an owner managing property alongside other responsibilities, that reduction in handling is frequently worth more than a modest difference in the hourly figure.
There is an operational benefit as well, though it depends on geography. Sites close enough to be attended in sequence share travel and set-up, and a supervisor covering all of them builds familiarity faster than four separate arrangements would. Sites scattered widely gain less from this, and it is honest to say so rather than implying efficiency that the distances do not support. Setting the expectation accurately at the outset is better than promising a saving that the map does not support.
